OUR STORY

Vaisakh Gardens Fruit Plantation spreads across 15 acres of humus rich green valleys of Sahyadri Hills in Pangode Village of Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala.

One of the first and foremost cultivators of Red Fleshed Dragon Fruit in India, Vaisakh Gardens was promoted in 2009 by Mr. Vijayan, an ex - Navy Personnel and former Director with M/s. Indroyal Furniture Company Private Limited.

Together with his family, Mr. Vijayan aims :

• at exploring the wide arenae of sustainable and profitable possibilities of fruit farming, 

• to introduce the best quality and organic produces to the markets, and 

• to extend all possible resources, know-how and experience to the existing farmer communities and to those who are aspiring to step into the world of commercial farming, through Vaisakh Gardens.

In a short span, Vaisakh Gardens has been instumental in the cultivation of finest quality Dragon Fruit (Red Fleshed), and the nurture and development of its saplings. We also grow varieties of Rambutan, Mangosteen, Papaya, Plantain, Pepper, Turmeric & Freshwater Fish. At present, our produces are being distributed all over the Country and certain Middle Eastern Countries.

As we journey forward, we hope to identify and evolve newer and better varieties of crops that are suitable to our climatic conditions, employ improved farming techniques and explore wider markets to ensure sustainable and successful agricultural revenue streams.
